Once upon a time, I thought I was thinking that I was way more intelligent than everybody else, so instead of feeding myself with useless pop culture crap, I decided to feed myself with useless fear conspiracy theory crap.
This will not be about conspiracy theories, but I will talk about them in the future because I have a PhD in that field. Ph.D. or not, they mainly make you fear. And that is not good, my brother and my sister.
Most people who feed themselves with ''good'' fear think they are above people who choose ''bad'' fear. They think they are much more aware than people watching television, even awake.
It has a grain of truth because people behind the black glass
TELL (A) VISION
Yes, television is nothing more than telling a vision. History is HIS STORY, and fast food is FAT FOOD. Everything is in front of our eyes, but we refuse to see it because many find the truth painful.
People tell a vision to other people that fits the current narrative that *specific* people have shaped. And no, this is not a conspiracy, and
"If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to convince you, sorry." - Satoshi
My point is that there is a slight difference between people watching TV and people deep into conspiracy theories. At least the latter will try to seek information rather than passively consume it without a blink of an eye, but that would be it. There is not much difference as both types of fear lead to rather negative than positive emotions at the end of the day.
And yes, it's excellent to stay informed in today's world; you should know what's happening, but do you need it?
Do you need to know what's happening on the other side of the world that you never visited and probably will never see? You did not even know this country existed before someone told you about it. What is the capital of this country? What's the cousin, famous writer, musician, or average temperature in the year? You don't know shit, my dear. Still, you cry over killed civilians, more than the homeless person you were passing by ten times in the last month who died last night.
Painful truth, I warned.
We are overloaded with information; you don't need to keep up with every news about God knows what. For the same reason, you don't need to know what we celebrate today.
I discovered by accident that the 9th of April is National Unicron Day. Do we celebrate unicorns? By the way, Hippo Day is on the 15th of February.
Anyway, fear and hopelessness are not far from fear and anger. Fear is fear. Fear, anger, disappointment, lack of hope, and similar feelings are definitely on the other side of love. And there is no talking about love and hope when you read about the Blue Beam project, Supervolcano eruption or deadly solar flares.
Well, except for the hope for good fun, as this would be interesting to see.
There is a guy on YouTube who has a channel called Moon. He makes videos about recent and important topics, and I salute him. He is undoubtedly waking up a lot of people that way. At the same time, he unfortunately sells fear. Looking at his thumbnails, it's evident that he does it intentionally, but that's how you catch people's attention.
I don't know the better way, as people are not interested in something that is not controversial and does not scream with powerful words or better images because who reads today?
So yes, closing thought for today.
Be brave, and don't fear, you pleb.
